The regional council emphasizes the development of settlement and infrastructures while protecting the environment. We recognize the importance of protecting the environment, and therefore promote the construction of ecological systems and monitoring mechanisms that can be a model for environmental protection.

All new development plans comply with ecological standards and the encouragement of green construction.
